How to illuminate a circuit breaker switch?

When a circuit breaker breaks the electricity to the house lights often go out. It is then difficult to read/locate the breaker switches in the circuit breaker box. What is needed is a way to illuminate a circuit breaker switch.

The present invention is an apparatus consisting of a traditional circuit breaker box with illuminated circuit breaker switches. The illuminated switch incorporates an electroluminescent material powered either by a rechargeable battery or by the electricity provided to the circuit breaker box.

Figure 1 illustrates an illuminated circuit breaker box including a circuit breaker box 110, which contains illuminated circuit breaker switches 120 that control the electrical circuits in the building. Illuminated circuit breaker switches incorporate an electroluminescent material configuration, thus providing adequate light to enable the user to locate and read the breaker switches.
