Abstract

The classic wineskin has been making a comeback on college scene. Wineskins are used to store and smuggle alcohol into various locales where external alcohol is banned, such as football games and cash bar events, as they have a soft feel and are not observable or recognizable by security officials. However, given the typical length of these events, a wineskin can fail to keep the beverages cold if needed. What is needed is a wineskin that has built-in insulation.

FREEZABLE WINESKIN/LIQUORSKIN

The classic wineskin has been making a comeback on college scene. Wineskins are used to store and smuggle alcohol into various locales where external alcohol is banned, such as football games and cash bar events, as they have a soft feel and are not observable or recognizable by security officials. However, given the typical length of these events, a wineskin can fail to keep the beverages cold if needed. What is needed is a wineskin that has built-in insulation.

Figure 1 shows an exemplary embodiment of a wineskin 100 under this invention. From the exterior, it looks like a typical wineskin. There is a nozzle 110 for input and output of the substance. There is an exterior surface 120 that can be made from a variety of materials. The preferred material is leather or a synthetic leather (fake leather), or plastics, and is preferrably flexible.

Figure 2 discloses a cross section view of a sidewall of the wineskin. The white colored portion is the exterior surface 120, made from a variety of materials as above. The second layer, interior of the exterior surface, is a medial container 130 of freezable material that surrounds the interior and keeps it cold. The anticipated material would be similar to the blue material used in freezer packs. The interior layer 140 is made of a puncture proof material to prevent spillage of the freezable material into the liquid.

This device would allow for chilling of consumable liquids and would also allow for concealment of the container on the individuals body.
