  The current support systems are rigid metal tool- ing pins or kit/board specific metal nest plates. This requires a change for each board or kit run on the line. Parts can be damaged as a result of contacting the metal tooling.

  Now we have a new solution. Using anti- static cellular urethane foam support pads, make it possible to run multiple kits without requiring tool- ing changes. The support system can be used for manufacturing lines utilizing pallet or panel

configurations.

  The Compliant Printed Circuit Board Support allows the placement of parts at Ml speed, with the accuracy and quality required.

  The secure cushioned pads can be cut to tit any machine. They are located directly on the table sur- face inside of the rails or they can be mounted on Plexiglas for ease ofinstallation or removal.

This invention has improved our quality and through put while reducing our costs.
