The Yang’ USP#6,061,107, BISTABLE POLYMER DISPERSED CHOLESTERIC LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAYS, teaches how to use droplets of polymerized material to create a reflective liquid crystal display. By utilizing what is taught in this patent one can create many variations of color by stacking multi-layers of different colored polymer droplets, and sandwiching those between 2 substrates in order to mix the color reflections of each to form the desired composite color.  This mixing process can be accomplished by, but not limited to, size and density of droplets, thickness of layers, selection of the order of the layers and methods of stimulation of the layers.  Indeed the resulting color can be modified again into a desired result by adding color filters, assorted reflectors and polarizes as needed.  Additional color mixing can be accomplished by patterning the colors in a single layer using a pixel  procedure described in the US Patent 5,668,614 combined with the methods described above.
