DESCRIPTION:

  Figures la, lb, 2a, 2b, and 2c portray a pager holster which allows users to remove, reverse and replace the display (or lens) cover.

PURPOSE:

1. Left handed users can configure holsters as desired.
2. Style conscious consumers can remove the cover if desired.
3. Users can replace scratched clear lens covers easily
4. Creates opportunity to add a Magnifying display cover as an option.
5. Holster size can be reduced by removing cover.

DETAILS:

  Figure la. shows a four line numeric pager. This pager slides directly into holster in Figure 2a. The 'Pager Friction Stop', shown in Figure 2b, is a raised

plastic nub which meets the recesses on the back of the pager (Figure Zb) to cause a sufficient force to hold the pager in the holster. There are two recesses on the pager to allow reversal of the pager (Figure lb.).
