Function to select window on multi window system

1.Background On a multi-window system, we tend to open many windows unconciously. And, in many cases, only the specific windows are used frequently, and the other windows are used rarely. For example, when we read a HTML document with a web browser, we will investigate the unknown word encountered in the document with another web browser. Moreover, we may start a mailer, in order to check mail. In many case, we did not close these window, because we think that they will be used immediately again. In this case, the most frequently used window is a web browser which shows the HTML Document, and the other windows may be used occasionally.

So, if there is a means to access the frequenty used window more easily than other windows, operating efficiency on multi-window system will improve. But the conventional window selecter treats all windows equaly. So we can not access the target window easily.
