Disclosed is a way of attribute changing by selecting from not-categorized pre-views.

Popular office use applications, like MS-WORD or Lotus 1-2-3, have some categorized attribute changing ways. For example, if you want to change character size, you usually select a trigger for 'character attribute', and change character size. That is, people should select a trigger for 'character attribute' menu among many other triggers (e.g. 'cell attribute', 'color attribute'...). This is no problem for experienced users, but for beginners this is often difficult.

This invention disclosure publicatoin solves this problem by following way.

(1) Prepare a trigger (e.g. button) which invokes non-categorized attribute changing pre-views.
(2) User kicks the trigger.
(3) Display a pop-up window which shows some typical attribute changing pre-views. For example, character size changing pre-view, character color changing pre-views, adding line pre-views and so on.
(4) User select one of pre-views if pre-views contains expected result. If not, request other pre-views.

In this way, user have only to kick one trigger to change any attributes. No need to have trouble in finding a correct trigger among many attribute changing triggers.
