Excimer UV/O3 OLED Layer Thickness Reducer

   Disclosed is a device consists of excimer UV lamp and shutter function to reduce the  thickness of OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) thin film layer at any desired point on OLED  panel.
  This invention is to provide the process capability to reduce the high polymer OLED thin  layer of selected pixels of OLED panel.   The reduction of OLED thin film thickness is very effect to increase the brightness of OLED  without increasing driving voltage.   This device also can be used as the repair tool to the OLED panel having brightness  uniformity defect. 

  Excimer UV/O3 lamp is adequate to reduce the thickness of OLED thin film of 2000-3000  angstrom while excimer UV laser has too large energy.
