        � � � � Referring to Figure 1, showing a schematic of one embodiment of the invention.� There is zero voltage in the “off” state on the output (out) and bases of q4,Q3. � When the regulator is switched “on”, the reaction of current sources� Mp5,6,7 is very fast, while reaction of the whole feedback loop is slow. � Immediately after the enable goes up and current sources starts to deliver current, the voltage on the emitter of Q3 is higher then the voltage on the emitter of Q4 because current source Mp6 delivers higher current compare to current source Mp7. In addition the emitter area of Q3 is smaller compare to the emitter area of Q4. � This voltage difference is sensed by the simple comparator Mp8,9� Mn2,3. � The switch Mn6 very quickly pulls down the input of the FOLLOWER and also the gate of the output transistor Mp0 which results in a very high output current which quickly charges the output load – i.e. fast enable transient (refer to figure 2). � When the output voltage approaches its target value (given by the feedback), the...
