Abstract

This article describes a new touch input panel. This panel is integrated analog capacitive touch input technology and electromagnetic pen input technology. Current analog capacitive touch input technology can not write by a pen during a hand touch on the panel. Because the sensor recognize both the hand touch and the pen touch as an input signal. Current electromagnetic pen input technology can write by only a special pen which has an touch on the panel, but it cannot support touch inputs by a finger. This disclosed new touch input method has both an analog capacitive touch input method and an electromagnetic pen input method for a LCD module at the same time.
