The way to avoid to touch any fragile parts without a caution plate.

Disclosed is a device to avoid to touch any fragile parts which attached the mechanical components without a caution plate.

The mechanical components in the stand alone box were covered by any shield components like as a door. However, when it was troubled or maintained, these shield will be removed and the operator will touch anywhere on the mechanical components. If the mechanical component has any fragile parts on itself, usually the caution plate for operation will be attached. But there are many reasons to reduce these caution plate like as no space or a cost saving. Instead of the caution plate, the module will be modified a pointed shape (not too sharp injure). The operator will not touch this fragile parts because the shape was pointed. It is a sensual caution without physical plate.

The fig.1 is one of fragile parts.

This module is driven by any motor using a mechanical gear for the horizontal direction. When the operator will touch it, then a relative position between this module and the drive gear was changed, the absolute position of this module will be changed. Finally, this module will not operate correctly. Usually, the caution plate will be attached on the module as Fig.2.
