Abstract

Disclosed is a technique to measure object size. User's operation will be made easy with this technique. Usually, when a page is edited in the word processor and so on, the size of the object is measured by the ruler. Frequent eye movements occurs in this method because the position where the object which does operation, and size are indicated is away in this method (Refer to figure 1). So, it was devised with this technique that a measuring function was added to the object itself. The eye movements becomes a minimum and editing operation becomes easy with this technique because the size of the object can be measured at hand. (Refer to figure 2).

The method to measure object size

Disclosed is a technique to measure object size.
User's operation will be made easy with this technique.

Usually, when a page is edited in the word processor and so on, the size of the object is
measured by the ruler.

Frequent eye movements occurs in this method because the position where the object which does
operation, and size are indicated is away in this method (Refer to figure 1).

So, it was devised with this technique that a measuring function was added to the object itself.
The eye movements becomes a minimum and editing operation becomes easy with this technique
because the size of the object can be measured at hand. (Refer to figure 2).
