    Disclosed is an LCD (liquid crystal display) module design that becomes
lighter weight and better radiation effect by using embossed metal parts.
Table summaries results of a bent test to load at a rate 100mm per second which

  The embossed plate as an example was about 150% more robust of mechanical
strength than that of the plane plate from the results. Therefore, if to be the
same mechanical strength, thickness of plate can be settled about two by three.
And the area of surface is most important for a radiation effect that is extended
by embossed process.

  Figure shows an example of an LCD metal bezel using the embossed plate, then the
thickness is two by three of current bezel. And a lamp holder also uses the
embossed plate.
