Abstract

Disclosed is a pixel circuit structure to repair 2 adjacent lit defects for High Aparture Ratio of Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display. Fig-1,2 show pixel circuit patterns. When pixel A and pixel B(next to pixel A) are connected, these pixel become 2 adjacent lit defects. As cutting a pixel circuit pattern of pixel A, a pixel electrode of pixel A can be separated from a TFT source of pixel A. And TFT of pixel B is driving both pixel A and pixel B electrodes. Fig-3 shows driving voltage and Brightness of pixel A.(normal pixel,2 adjacent lit defects, repaired pixel) And 2 adjacent lit defects can be recoverd for repaired pixel A. 1
