Abstract

This article describes the Hinge mechanism of touch display terminal developed for point of sales industry. Three Hinges are set up on each of three planes of the sheet metal which are composed of U-shape. Two Hinges with same torque value are set up for the sheet metal of two places which becomes the side of this U-shape. It becomes the maintenance mechanism when these two Hinges do the angle change of the front-back direction of the touch panel display. These two Hinges solved the problem that a liquid crystal display warped because it became fixed arrangement right and left under the parallel condition toward the liquid crystal display. One more Hinge is set up on the sheet metal of the middle position of these two Hinges. This Hinge has a function to keep with the function which turns a touch panel display right and left the position.

One more Hinge is set up on the sheet metal of the middle position of these
two Hinges. This Hinge has a function to keep with the function which turns
a touch panel display right and left the position.

It was made to make it at a possibly reasonable cost that a touch panel
display was held by setting up three Hinges on each plane of three places
of the sheet metal which did the figure of U-shape in the any position in
the time which two axis were the same as. This Hinge mechanism was shown in
the figure-1.
