A Method and System to Correlate, Delivery and Present
Messages

Disclosed is a method and system to
correlate related messages and present
them at proper time, in proper form to
receivers associatively.

    The system consists of sender(s),
receiver(s) and transmission
infrastructure. The sender, which does
business service, is responsible for
preparing and sending PLAN and messages to
receiver following the business logic
flow. The receiver is responsible for
receiving and presenting PLAN and
messages. Transmission infrastructure is
responsible for buffering PLAN and
messages and deliver them to target
device(s) according to preset policy or
requests of the sender and receiver. The
infrastructure also contains components
that get status of users (receiver and
sender, actively or passively) in profile
so to deliver PLAN and messages in proper
form, at proper time to proper device.
Sender and receiver are logical function
name, a real apparatus can be a receiver
and a sender.

A PLAN describes the overview of
inherently related messages and individual
message that would follow up. The format
of PLAN and message are formally defined
so the receiver and transmission
infrastructure can process them
automatically. The messages also include
information related to the PLAN so
receiver can automatically associate them
with PLAN and other messages, and make
proper presentation or processing.
