This will enable to manage electric document automatically
by the volume and date/time stamp to keep of the document
in the printer hardware.

The electric document consists of some data format such as
bitmap, unique middle format and information about
document and job.

This method will enable to automatic operations, such as
printing, compression, deletion and storing to removable
media for the documents by using specified time data in
the document. For example, in the case of exceeding the
amount of media, this will enable to manage the documents
by the priority and/or date stamp ordering.

This method is to manage and control the documents by the
date and time described in documents. This means that any
hardware without timer function can handle and manage
documents by date/time sequence. Coming date/time
information in the document will be the trigger of any
event such like printing, compression, deletion and
storing to removable media. For the batch job through
midnight, customer can manage the document as same day
document even actual operation exceeds the date.

And in the case of exceeding the amount volume of media,
this method will enable to recover automatically by
specified way to recover such like media switching.
Finally this method enables printer hardware to manage
documents as print server with hard disk control. The new
printer will queue receiving data and path to next
process.
