Disclosed is an LCD (liquid crystal display) module design which becomes more robust, more reliable and low cost using new rubbers. New LCD module design using new rubber

 Disclosed is an LCD (liquid crystal display) module design which becomes more
robust, more reliable and low cost using new rubbers.

 Figure shows the example of a cross section of this new LCD module design
using new rubbers. Main features are as follows.
1. To groove a bezel where a column rubber can be placed.
2. To groove a backlight frame where another column rubber can also be placed.

Main merits to change this LCD module design are as follows,
1. A column rubber makes easier to insert into the groove than a square
rubber. (Easy operation)
2. A column rubber is more robust than a square rubber by a principle of
O-ring, changing to the tube rubber rather than a column rubber is more shock
absorbable. (Robust design)
3. A column rubber does not slip by heat, because fixing is attained by using
adhesive but by mechanical insert. (Reliable design)

 Therefore, an LCD module using this column rubber shall be more robust, more
reliable and low cost design.
