Abstract

We disclose an automotive control rationalization architecture. While some cars allow the key fob and the car to communicate to recall a stored drivers seat and mirror preferences, nothing exists that can be carried with a person to transfer from one car to another. This is convenient not just for upgrade to a new car, but more practically, for those who frequently rent automobiles. They are forced to constantly rearrange mirrors an seats in every car they rent. The forever key allows a person to carry their preferences with them. Therefore, it stores all preferences based on a table that translates the different makes and models to a common set of descriptions. When these preferences are wireless communicated to a new car, it adjusts its seats and mirrors and such accordingly.
