Abstract

Recently, the clustering system is focused to improve the total system performance. However, the total system cost is increased because the clustering system needs high performance interconnect bus, which required both communication cards and the communication switch devices. The switch devise is very expensive, as a results, the high performance clustering system is only used for the high end market like a enterprise system. This disclosure provides the low cost clustering system solution eliminating the switch device. The disclosure indicates the topology and performance evaluation, the clustering system, each system node having 3 port communication system. The advantage of the disclosure is, Low cost: It enables to configure the high performance clustering system without the switch device. High availability: Each system has 3 communication ports, which increase the robustness like cable disconnection.
