User Customizable System Pages for Infoprint Manager

A program is disclosed that provides an Infoprint Manager (IpM) user with
customizable system pages, including headers and trailers. These system pages can
be customized on the fly, without any recompiles, downtime of Infoprint Manager,
or knowledge of the Mixed Object Document Content Architecture (MODCA), which
