    Disclosed is a mechanism that establish virtual shops dynamically by selecting period, themes, or any other registered conditions from the databases of goods or services,

Each tenant stores of Internet mall registers their own goods and services to the mall database(Item DB) with attribute categories defined by the mall owner to specify the shop type where the goods and services are adopted. Based on the conditions the mall owner specified, the item DB's are searched , and the goods and services data which met the conditions are extracted and displayed within the virtual shop which has a specific theme, short term sales offering etc , When Internet users choose any goods or services in the virtual shop and try to buy them, the navigation function leads buyers to procurement processes of the original store which offers the items. By changing the conditions for virtual shop with certain interval, internet users can see new virtual shops when they visit the mall.

This mechanism can keep users visiting to the mall repeatedly and help the mall owner run the mall efficiently.

The points of this mechanism includes following:
1) Standard attribute category across all tenant stores' goods and services which participate in the internet mall
2) Record selection function using the standard attribute category specified by the mall owner
3) Dynamic store arrangement consist of the selected goods and services
4) Navigation buyers to the original tenant store for purchasing process

The processes of this mechanism are described below( see Fig1)

Shop A and B are the tenant stores in the internet mall.
