Abstract

Disclosed is a method and system to provide categorized helps by users' skill levels. Online help and tutorial are typical helps, however providing one index or topic is not enough for users, especially novices. This implements several help tables, represent index, table of contents, hints and keywords, appears merged appropriately to users. Procedure The disclosed is proceeded as below: (1)Start searching help by pushing the button(or link) and display category selections by skill levels. If registered level in advance don't need this step. (2)If select 'Novice' appears different tables coordinated for novice users. In 'Novice' tables words are simplified and merged the functions that novices used to search. And 'Novice' table is finally point general Help Table to prevent from multiple help files.

(2)If select 'Novice' appears different tables coordinated for novice users. In 'Novice' tables words are simplified and merged the functions that novices used to search. And 'Novice' table is finally point general Help Table to prevent from multiple help files.

For example: In 'Novice help' only describes 'Mailing' otherwise Help Table 'Method of Mailing' and several options. If check 'Mailing' automatically select 'Encryption' and 'Mailing to only 'TO' address', and display both helps step by step.(see below) It can be default setting and it can customizes for Novice, General, Advanced individually.
