Control Card layout mechanism of LCD module

Disclosed is a structure mechanism of U shaped bracket which constructs ·shaped rigid structure when assembled with LCD module.

With the structure mechanism, LCD control card units are mounted on U shaped bracket, and separated from Backlight module. LCD control card is still located close enough to LCD module so that signal cabling can be short enough to avoid electrical noises' problem. Since LCD control card is separated from backlight unit, one can obtain following merits:

1.One can avoid stress transfer against Backlight units when doing cable connection with the connectors on the cards. Former popular mechanism was to mount LCD control card directly on the rear surface of backlight unit.

There was a fear of destroying backlights when doing cable connection.

2.One can avoid stress transfer against Backlight units by card's mass when LCD module is shocked mechanically.
