Abstract

Ion removal agent for liquid crystal cell Disclosed is method of providing an ion removal having low ion density to residual ion of liquid crystal cell This makes it possible to remove an ion easily from products with no residue. It also prevents the ion from re-adsorbing into products. This ion removal agent is especially effective for alignment film of liquid crystal cell manufacturing process. This ion removal agent consists of two kinds of material; polyoxyethylene alkyl ether as a surfactant; polyoxyethlene alkyl ether as a dispersant. Out standing performance as a cleaner depends not only on the combination of two materials but also on the composition ratio of these materials.

The optimum combination of the two kinds of material shows great improvement on quality performance to alignment film at cell ion cleaning process.
