Method for the electronic publishing about periodicals and series reports

A program is disclosed that the electronic publishing system possess and maintains the collection of articles in serials or periodicals. This program mentions 2 processes: one is the technical process to maintain the electronic publishment so-called "white-book" everytime publishing new documentation of serials or periodicals, and the other is the business process of electronic publishing system to sell the subscription for the future publishment with the empty "white-book".

The "white-book" is the electronical publishment which users possess on their local client envirnoment, and this has the auto-tracking functionality. This has the following characterestic:
1. Obtain the updates from the server and update the contents by the users' operation to "white-book".

2. Allows users to make a note in the memo-space on "white-book".
3. Allows users to make a record in each page for their activity, like read, update, add and so on.
4.Update the table of contents and the index automatically in addition to the real contents.

This system can solve the following problems:
1. Make the clipping and collection work with hands to the automation
2. Allow to subscribe the unit of article instead of the unit of selling documentation
3. Allow to read the electronical publishment without the connection to the server

The present existing system allows to possess and maintain the exisiting documentation, and not for the future publishment. The typical system manages each article of the serials and periodicals on the website, but it's a unit of article, not manage the whole series of articles. Also users need to update and maintin the documentation by theselves, and the existing system doesn't provide the automatical updates for the documentation.
