1. Identify the specific mobile devices which bearing the unique identification number.
2. In the e-Commerce systems, abstract the trading data and the trading procedure into a describable method, such as some script languages like XML. The system can distribute the method before the trading occurred, and, administrate the method after the trading finished.
3. The Mobile devices can received the methods, which described in the template files, store the methods into the local device dependant storage area, and utilize the method to simplify finishing the trading process and trading data input operations.

Solved Problems:
1. The existed mobile phone supported e-Commerce solutions need the real-time interactive communication during the whole trading process as a mandatory assumption. If the communication conditions aggravated, the transaction cannot be finished successfully and the trading process will be terminated incorrectly.
2. The mobile device users are required to do many key input through the poor mobile device user interface.
3. The user dependent specific information including privacy data is stored in the server side.
4. The users need to input all the information including the already known data.
5. It is difficult to personalize the different trading flow according to the different user's needs.
6. The end user manual input is a mandatory condition.
7. It is very difficult to utilize the user information including privacy information across the different EC systems.

Novelty:
1. Secure and rapid user authentication is available by using the mobile device unique identification number.
2. Minimize the key input by using the predefined template. The user data once being input, never need to be input again.
3. It is not necessary to keep the real-time interactive communication available during the trading process between the mobile devices to the server.

4. Network traffic can be dramatically decreased. Even an off-line status can provide an online- like service.
5. It is possible to do easy administration to the trading data and the trading process, which described by a describable method such as XML scripts.
6. It is possible to do the customization at the mobile device level.
7. Since the user dependent information including privacy data is stored in the local mobile device physically, more strict and tight user privacy protection is available.
8. The user information is stored in the local mobile device; it is much easier to use the same user data across the different server side.
9. The server side can easily control the templates, which already distributed to the mobile devices.
