2.5g thermal-crosslinking material epoxy resin same as left

0.9g photo-initiater aminobenzophenone same as left

15ml solvent 3-ethyl ethoxypropionate same as left

spin coat 600rpm 8sec

vacuum dry 0.2 torr

pre-bake 80 degrees centigrade 120 sec.

exposure dose 300mJ

develope 0.01N KOH

cleaning with deionized water 30 sec.

After cleaning, the remained potassium on the spacer surface is measured.
