Abstract

To realize movable IP Cellular Phone with minimum delay on using Mobile IP protocol of IPv4. This invention can reduce many number of Router/Switch path against current mobile IP. According to Mobile IP on Internet protocol version 4(IPv4) , remote agent sends IP packet to Home Router. Then Home Router transfer this packet to Agent through current conected router. (Fig.1) This invention is constituted with following 3 functions. 1) Ask "available to connect to call for cellular IP phone which Home Router manages itself on demand. 2) Mobile IP Key Station is wireless LAN access point and has function of transmission after/during movement on demand.

3) Home router is update of IP Address which is equivalent to the present position after movement of Cellular IP Phone.

Following is example. Fig.2 shows case of beginning communication, or it continues communicating in the arbitrary mobile IP key router area like a wireless-LAN base station.

step 1: When the agency talking over the telephone, a connection demand command is taken out to a partner's Home router. (Beginning of message) . step 2: Home router searches the position (Home router recognizes IP address) of the present of the telephone call place with the demand. step 3: The check command of a receivable situation is taken out to the position of the IP address obtained by "step 2" to a telephone call place.
step 4: When it can receive, Cellular IP Phone returns acknowledge to Home router. step 5: Home router is passed transmitting (the IP address of the present of a telephone call place ) origin with a receivable state.
step 6: Talking over the telephone agency Cellular IP Phone calls towards the received IP address. step 7: Connection status is checked by acknowleage which cellular IP Phone returns.
