  To provide the flexibility to correctly stamp all submitted transaction regardless of the server physical location

  This mechanism considers three timezones. The first is a timezone of the server location. The second is a GMT(Greenwich Mean Time). The third is a timezone of the user location. The time stamp of the transaction is controlled with GMT and the offset between the server location and GMT is stored in the property and the offset between the userlocation and GMT is stored in the user profile.

The processing details are as follows.

The offset in the property is subtracted from the time stamp of server location when the transaction is generated. The timestamp is stored in the database with GMT. The offset in the user profile is added to the time stamp in database(GMT) when the time stamp is displayed at the user location. This mechanism is possible to correspond only by changing the property when the server location to the place where the timezone is different is changed and when Daylight Saving Time is applied.
