Abstract

An improved cleaning roller for cleaning residual toner particles from a heated fuser roll surface of a heated pressure fusing system. The cleaning roller has a core member 101 covered by a soft sleeve 103 made of urethane foam. Sleeve 103 has a coating 105 which is made of toner particles mixed with silicone oil to insure proper release of the residual toner from the heated fuser roll
