Abstract

A modular microfilm storage rack which can be molded from plastic or formed of a die~-casted metal. The storage rack is formed from a plurality of (1) interlocking modular sec~ tions which can be made to accommodate either 16mm or 35mm film containers, each of the modular sections including at-~ taching studs (2) which provide the mechanism by which the modular sections can be locked together. Each modular sec- tion (1) includes an alignment rib (3) which allows for positioning the microfilm containers on the modular sections in a tidy manner for easy visual storage or retrieval.
