wrapped around a pulley 16 in opposite directions with their
remaining free ends coupled to a frame 18; in the case of

described in more detail below. The cable segment 14a is wrapped around and changed in direction by a first pair of idler pulleys 24 and the cable segment l4b is wrapped around and changed in direction by a second pair of idler

pulleys 26.

Referring to Figure 2, the resilient fastner 22 comprises a biasing member in the form of a leaf spring 28 bolted at a

lower end to the frame 18 as by bolt 30. The upper end of
the spring 28 has an opening 32 therein through which a coupler 34 mounted on the end of the cable segment l4b may be disposed. The coupler 34 includes a threaded...
