The member 73 is held against the plate 71 by nuts (not
shown) carried on the ends of the pins 75 and 76,

An eccentric collar 92 is mounted on a shaft 94 and located
in a third elongated slot 95 in the member 73~ The shaft
is journaled for rotation in the side wall 71 and connected
to a hand crank 87 to rotate the collar 92, thereby camrning
the edge seal surface 74 toward and away from the surface
