Abstract

Aerodynamic cleaning nozzles are disclosed for removing resid-ual toner images from photoconductor surfaces. Pressure flow requirements of the cleaning nozzles shown in Figures 1 and 2 are significantly altered by the incorporation therein of Venturi air ejectors. The Venturi ejectors function to boost the vacuum at the cleaning orifice.
