Abstract

A photoreceptor having a Frost deformable surface is charged and imaged. Heat is then applied to the surface so as to form a deformation pattern. A laser beam is reflected from the deformation pattern onto a tackifiable, infra-red absorbing material, The material is then decorated in image configur-ation.
