Abstract

It is desired to have all copies received by a finisher, such as a stapler, to be registered to one side even if the copier (Le,, the copy processor) produces copies which are center-registere& This is accomplished here in a sheet transport from the copier to the finisher using a skewed belt drive 1 to transport the sheets 2 forward and also sideways to an edge guide 3 in combination with a series of ball rollers 4 over-lying the belt 1 to hold the copies 2 thereagainst-
