Abstract

A positive cooling system comprised of a relatively large low speed exhaust fan in the rear wall of a xerographic copying apparatus with a louvered air inlet opening in the front wall thereof, The fan and louvered opening are disposed such that on startup of the fan a stream of cooling air is drawn through the front wall louvered opening, across and through the xero-graphic processing components, particularly the photoreceptor and exhausted from the rear of the apparatus.
