1.      Based upon our target segmentation work, the following "needs" for a two way, network based enhanced image station exist:

Community Browsers

Females, aged 25 and over less concerned with being the first to learn about or being the first to try new technology products. This segment is attracted to a platform that offers female-oriented communities and informational content, and are interested in sharing photos and home sites to share family news. “I like familybeat.com because I can stay in touch with relatives out of state" (Female homemaker with 2 year old son).

Power Teens

Aged 12-17. Early technology adopters. Sophisticated Internet users. Desire cutting edge technologies. Want the tools to build their own content. What's cool is constantly changing. Single Achievers

Single males and females aged 21-34 with no children who are self-supporting, delaying marriage.

Pursuing professional and managerial careers so may find remote job search features of enhanced Image Station valuable. Applications must be functional with enhanced content included.

Savvy Seniors

Aged 55+ Own digital still cameras and digital video recorders. Like to share family footage. Using the Internet to keep in touch with family. Videochat coupled with Image Station would allow them to see their families while they talk to them and view photos and videos.
