Abstract

Disclosed is a magnetic toner capable of being developed by magnetic forces, transferred and fixed at relatively low temperatures. The formulation is distinguished by its combined high wax and mineral oil concentration. A typical formulation comprises about 27 percent by weight of carnauba wax, 22.9 percent by weight of mineral oil, 50 percent by weight of magnetite and 0.1 percent by weight of methyl violet base.
