Abstract

Current sheet feedin approaches in low volume, inexpensive copiers rely supply (SEF); i.e., 8.0" SEF copy paper requires one cassette while 8.5" SEF copy paper requires a different cassette. This places a burden of expense as well as inconvenience on the customer who wishes to occasionally feed various sizes of paper through his machine.

The snubber assembly may consist of either a linear or rotational snubber design and is mounted on the adjustable side guide.
