Abstract

Figure 1 shows an adjustable wire replacing corotron. Wire 10 is physically mounted within foam damper 12 extending through wire guide 14 with one end connected to spring extension 16 and held in place by set screw 18. The wire assembly is placed on arch shield 20 formed in end block 22. This configuration allows easy adjustment or replacement of wire 10.
