Abstract

A method of using a plastic liner in a toner handling bin that obviates the need for laborious cleaning of the bin when different composition toners are used is disclosed. The plastic liner is cylindrical in shaped and open on both ends. The lower end of the plastic liner is attached to the truncated bottom of the cylindrically shaped double walled toner bin by a clip fastening means. A plurality of holes on the inner wall of the toner bin are provided with vacuum suction that attract and hold the plastic liner to the inner wall of the toner bin. When a different color or composition of toner is to be handled in the toner bin the plastic liner is simply removed and replaced with a new plastic liner. The method avoids a laborious manual cleaning step.
