Abstract

A low cost manual sheet perforator 10 is shown in Figures 1 - 3 and includes a platform 12 with edge registration stops 45 and 48 positioned for registering sheets on platform 12 for perforation by perforator assembly 30. Perforator assembly 30 is supported over a portion of platform 12 by rail 33 that is mounted on blocks 31 and 32. The rail has a recess on either side thereof for the movable mounting of perforator assembly 30 thereof by the use of lips 34. The perforator assembly as shown in Figures 2 & 3 includes a blade 35 having a shaft 37 connected thereto that is rotatably mounted in housing 36. Plate 50 with recesses 51 is positioned under blade 35 once the perforator is moved along rail 33. A scale 40 is included on platform 12 adjacent registration edge
