Abstract

A process for effectively recycling toner material process scrap involves mixing the scrap toner resin with a filler, for example, silicas, clay, and the like, and/or fiber material, for example, carbon, graphite, glass, and the like, using conventional melt mix, extrusion or injection molding processing to generate useful articles or workpieces, for example, 2 x 4 shaped pieces for use in structural applications. The filled toner resin workpieces may be used in structural applications such as storage sheds, playground equipment, temporary shelter, and road repair.
