Abstract

Proposed is a method of producing electroforming mandrel cores that are intended to be used in the production of seamless nickel belts for photoreceptor substrates. The mandrel cores would be formed by forging and thereafter followed by mandrel rolling so as to obtain electrofonning mandrel cores that range from 20 inches in diameter to 48 inches in diameter.
