handling tool 10 consists of a cylindrical rubber air bladder 12 mounted concentric with, but axially displaced, from a rubber handle 14. A button 16 inflates and deflates bladder 12 from a remote air source (not shown). The air source connects to tool 10 by way of a pneumatic disconnect 18. A plurality of air inlet ports 20, 22, and 24 regulate air pressure. Insertion stops 26 restrict the distance by which tool 10 is inserted into a substrate.
