panels. The proposed assembly simplifes removal of these materials. As shown in the accompanying Figure, noise reduction assembly 10 comprises a layer of sound deadening material 16 mounted on a thin plastic sheet 12. Sheet 12 is thereafter attached to a panel (having molded holes/bosses) by way of mounting holes 14.
