Electronic Circuit Board "Bus Plus"

Disclosed is a means to increase electronic circuit card capabilities by plugging cards across two or more bus boards.

The figure shows that, in the present embodiment, edge connectors are added to circuit cards so that, when installed, the cards also plug into a "Bus Plus" board, which is added in parallel with the standard bus board.

It is apparent that such an additional bus permits distribution of non-standard voltages supporting mixed technologies, and provides an independent inter-card communication channel with digital and analog capability.
