Angular Part Positioning Feeder Tube

Disclosed is a transfer mechanism that allows a part to be staged at any specific angle (0o to 180o~).

Detail #1 shows a tube designated A and a flat blade designated B inserted into the tube. The exact width of the blade maintains a position in the tube to allow two areas of separation. When the blade B is given a twist of 180o, a part, when fed into the bottom chamber, will exit the top chamber rotated 180o as illustrated in Detail #2. The angle of exit is controlled by the amount of twist in the blade.
